Exchange & Return Policy applies in case:
- Defective product due to Brand/Company’s fault (malfunction, missing one or some of product’s standards being announced,…).
- Product delivered is not same as what customer ordered (design, brand name, size, style)
- Product is damaged during delivery.
- Delivery of wrong product or not enough in quantity.
(Note: Exchange & return for underwear only applied in case of original sealed, stamp and unused).
Exchange & Return Policy DOES NOT apply in case:
- Exceed the acceptable period for exchange & return (07 days).
- Product without sealed, stamp.
- There is any sign of use.
- Product is being damaged due to customer’s fault.
Exchange & Return Process:
Customer submits exchange & return information to email address: email@example.com. When your information is received, Customer Service staff will verify your request and feedback to you as soon as possible by email.
Customer goes to the post office or contact a courier service to send back the product along with the receipt to the address: 24C Truong Dinh St., Ward6, District3, HCMC.
After the product is sent back to above address, Customer Service staff is making new order and confirm to customer the delivery time.
In case of exchange & return of product not due to Jockey’s fault, all delivery fees arised are paid by customer.
For all products that shown any sign of use before or without original sealed and stamp, Jockey has the right to refuse to take back.
